Reservations:

Program reservations can be made directly through our online schedule or by contacting Mermaid Surf School. Payments are to be made in full at the time of booking in order to confirm your surf session. You will receive a confirmation email at the time of booking and you will also receive a reminder email 24-hours prior to your session. It is your responsibility to show up for your surf program on time. Mermaid Surf School can not extend surf sessions for late arrivals or no-shows. Please consider beach traffic delays when planning to arrive for your scheduled surf session. 

Cancellations:

Providing a safe and positive surf experience is our top priority. If Mermaid Surf School cancels your surf session due to inclement weather or poor surf conditions, you will be notified via email and phone immediately. Mermaid Surf School will provide the option for a full refund or a Mermaid Surf School credit.

Mermaid Surf School has a 48-hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel more than 48-hours before your surf session, you will have the option to receive a full refund or a Mermaid Surf School credit.

If you cancel less than 48-hours before your surf session, you will not receive a refund and will forfeit your surf session. 

Refunds: 

Mermaid Surf School does not issue refunds for late cancellations, late arrivals, or no-shows. 

We will provide full refunds or surf credits for early or internal cancellations.
